Dubbed the Year of the Return, in 2019 Ghana’s President invited African Americans to move back to Ghana amid all the turmoil and strife African Americans were and are facing in the U.S. So far to date over five thousand African Americans have moved back to Ghana and we will now have the pleasure of seeing and experiencing why!

Ghana’s capital city of Accra is known as “The capital of cool.” From the Pan African culture to the lush rainforests and beaches, Ghana has something for everyone. For the history buffs, Ghana’s Cape Coast is also rich in history teaches about the impact of the Slave Trade on the Country and the U.S. While in Ghana, some you have a chance to explore your cultural roots and feel a bond that will for most indescribable! And do not forget about the amazing cuisine! Be prepared to taste an assortment of dishes that will no doubt awaken your taste buds!
